President Buhari has signed the 2019 Appropriation Bill into law.
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Speaker House of Representatives Yakubu Dogara, Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu and members of the federal executive cabinet witnessed the signing in Abuja.
