The Kaduna State Government has relaxed the 24-hour curfew imposed on Kajuru local government area.
The curfew hours will now run from 7pm to 6am with effect from today, Friday, May 10.
Governor Nasir el-Rufai’s spokesman, Samuel Aruwan, disclosed that the decision to relax the curfew follows a Kaduna State Security Council review of the security situation in the local government area.
Recall that the curfew was imposed following a fresh attack in Kasuwan Magani area.
Government appealed to all residents and communities to do their utmost to uphold peace and harmony.
