The outgoing ECOWAS Commission President Kadré Desiré Ouedraogo says the sub regional body is planning to hold a joint summit with countries from central party of Africa to further fashion ways of defeating Boko Haram insurgents.
Ouedraogo was saying this after a closed door meeting with President Buhari. He says he’s in the Villa to intimate the president about the completion of his tenure.
